Use this website lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, or submit information you are not authorized to share. These terms describe permitted website use; any activity requiring specific agreement should present its own terms before that activity.

Programs and family assistance

Information on this website describes our programs generally. Eligibility, service area, available supplies, equipment arrangements, and response timing must be confirmed with our team. An application does not guarantee assistance. This site does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Ask your baby’s care team about clinical decisions and use emergency services for an emergency.

Donations, receipts, and recurring gifts

Donation links lead to Givebutter. Review the recipient, amount, one-time or recurring frequency, processing fees, optional platform tip, and provider terms before submitting. Keep your confirmation and receipt. Contact [email protected] and the payment provider promptly about mistaken or unauthorized charges, receipt questions, or recurring-gift assistance. Refund requests are reviewed individually; this notice does not establish an unconditional refund promise. Tax deductibility depends on applicable law, the organization’s current status, your circumstances, and any goods or services received.

Restricted gifts, sponsorships, and donated products

Contact us before making a gift subject to a restriction or launching a campaign using our name or logo. Any restrictions, sponsor recognition, benefits, payment arrangements, or reporting commitments should be agreed in writing. Confirm current needs and delivery arrangements before collecting or shipping products. Do not assume that an advertised contribution amount guarantees a particular service or result.

Photos, stories, and intellectual property

Our branding, text, photographs, and other content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Request permission before reusing them beyond what applicable law permits. Share another person’s information only with appropriate authority. Applying for assistance does not give us permission to publish your family’s story or photos. Publicity requires a separate permission process, including an authorized adult’s permission for a child and relevant photographer or other rights. Contact us about withdrawal of future use.

Privacy and outside services

Our Privacy Policy describes information handling. Wix, Givebutter, Monday.com, Zeffy, and linked social-media services may have their own notices and terms. External links do not guarantee availability or constitute an endorsement of all content or practices. Do not send payment-card details, government identification, or medical records by ordinary email.

Accessibility and alternative assistance

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility. This is a goal, not a claim of complete conformance or a certification of ADA compliance. External checkout and application experiences require separate review.
