Brittany Aldrete is the CEO of 180 Direct, an insurance and travel agency dedicated to serving families with compassion and integrity. With a strong background in leadership and community advocacy, Brittany combines business expertise with deep personal passion to make a lasting impact in the lives of others.

As a fellow NICU parent to her two sons, Noah and Damien, Brittany’s journey through the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit was both life-changing and inspiring. Her firsthand experience fuels her commitment to supporting other families navigating similar challenges. Through Noah’s Miracles, she leads with empathy, developing programs that provide practical assistance, emotional support, and a sense of community to those facing the isolating realities of NICU life.
